Pushkaraj Bedekar  wins Sunday Rapid Chess Tournament.

The chess event was organized by Chess Quest Academy jointly with Pune District Chess Association. There were total 68 participants of which 28 were rated. The tournament witnessed a lot of interesting games.In the sixth round Soham Datar pulled out a upset win against top seed Kiran Panditrao. But it was  Pushakaraj Bedekar  who won the championship round against Soham Datar  and clinched the title with 6.5points out of possible 7.The chess tournament served the purpose of promoting chess, by Chess Quest Academy in Pune.

2. Abhimanyu Puranik-6points, 23.5 Buchols {Rs1000/- + Trophy}.

3. Pratik Mulay- 6points, 21.5 Buchols{Rs600}

4. Kiran Panditrao 5.5points, 25.5 Buchols{Rs500}.

5. Soham Datar 5.5points, 22 Buchols {Rs400}.
